Situated in the foothills of the central Himalayas, it serves as a habitat for both Himalayan and peninsular flora and fauna, creating a unique and vibrant ecosystem.

Take both morning and evening safaris to the Park on both dates.

The Park is divided into ten different zones, each boasting a substantial Tiger and wildlife population. Ranthambore played a pioneering role in the inception of Project Tiger, and it has consistently maintained a stable Tiger population over the last decade. So much so that it was able to contribute a few Tigers to Sariska National Park, which had suffered from a lack of Tigers due to poaching activities.

The tremendous success of Ranthambore’s Tiger population can be attributed to the unwavering dedication of the Forest Department and the thriving tourism industry. Ranthambore Tiger Reserve, situated in the Indian State of Rajasthan, is made up of distinct areas with diverse conservation histories, virtually separated by geography, connected only by narrow corridors to the core Ranthambore National Park. These areas include Ranthambore National Park, Keladevi Sanctuary, and Sawai Mansingh Sanctuary.

Ranthambore is a haven for photographers and a prominent attraction on the India golden triangle tour and tiger safari. With its varied lighting, angles, backdrops, and endless frames to capture, Ranthambore possesses its own unique picturesque charm. The Park is also teeming with avifauna, hosting approximately 300 species of birds. For avid bird watchers, Ranthambore and its surroundings offer a paradise to explore. Some notable species include Large Cormorant, Painted Spurfowl, Sarus Crane, bronzed winged Jacana, Sandpiper, Kingfisher, Nightjar, Painted Sandgrouse, Great Horned Owl, and numerous regular winter migrants that journey from their nesting grounds north of the Himalayas to Ranthambore and its neighboring regions.

Covering an area of 400 sq. km, Ranthambore boasts rocky hill crests that descend into open valleys between the Aravali and Vindhya ranges, punctuated with water pools and fruit-bearing trees. The Park draws its name from the thousand-year-old fortress that overlooks the forest. Renowned for the diurnal activities of Tigers, Ranthambore is a remarkable place where the natural present meets a historical past. Sambar, Cheetal, Chinkara, Nilgai, and Langur can be found in this reserve. The elusive Leopard and Tigers also roam these lands, providing tourists with a very good chance of encountering them during safaris. Scattered across the landscape are the ancient ruins of its bygone splendor, such as chatris, cupolas, palaces, and old guard posts, all of which enhance the mystical and ethereal quality of this majestic wilderness. Enjoy overnight stays and meals at the resort.

Check out after an early breakfast, post which you drive to Jaipur. A journey of 180 km will be covered in about 03 hours. Upon arrival, check-into your hotel. Eat a hearty lunch, post which you visit the highlights of Jaipur (Jantar Mantar, Hawa Mahal, City Palace and the Museum). This city is also known for its shopping. From precious stones to handicrafts, the culture looks richer than usual when you stroll through the ‘Jaipuri Bazaar’.

Return to the Hotel and spend the evening at leisure.

After breakfast, check out from the Hotel. Visit the Amer Fort, the former residence of Rajput Maharajas and their families. It is an opulent palace laid out in four levels. It is a hill fort and a World Heritage site too. Subsequently, drive for 275 km in about 05-06 hours, to arrive at New Delhi, the capital of India.

Take an early morning transfer to the domestic terminal of the New Delhi Airport to board a flight towards Raipur. On arrival, you will be met by our representative who will drive you to Kanha. This journey is a total of 210 kms, which will be covered in about four hours.

On arrival check into the resort and after a quick lunch, proceed for afternoon jeep safari. Have your dinner at the resort and stay overnight.

Wake up at 05:00 hours to take your first early morning safari to Kanha National Park. Kanha’s Sal and Bamboo forests, rolling grasslands, and meandering streams stretch over 940 sq. kms in dramatic natural splendor which form the core of the Kanha Tiger Reserve created in 1974 under Project Tiger. The park is the only habitat of the rare Hard Ground Barasingha (Cervus Duvaceli Branderi).

This is the original Kipling country of which he wrote so vividly in his Jungle Book. Packed breakfast from the Lodge is served at a designated spot and spread on the bonnet of the Safari vehicle. Enjoy your breakfast in the wilderness of Kanha. Continue your search for the elusive tiger if you have not yet seen the same, and soak in the fresh and energizing environment. Return from safari around 1130 hours. Freshen up and eat lunch.

Depart for afternoon jeep safari at Kanha National Park and return by at 1800 hours. Relax, have dinner, and stay overnight at the lodge.

After a light breakfast, tourists can depart towards Bandhavgarh National Park. This is a 280 km drive which will take you approximately 06 hours on the road. Morning game drive to the National park and after breakfast drive to Khajuraho. A total distance of about 280 km, it will take you around 06 hours on the tour drive. On arrival check into the hotel. Later city tour of Khajuraho.

Khajuraho, discovered by chance, is India’s second-biggest single tourist attraction. Khajuraho has the largest group of medieval temples that are adorned with numerous sculptures of extraordinary grace and delicacy celebrating the stylized and refined courtly accomplishments of beauty, love and creative arts. Once the religious capital of the Chandela Rajputs, the temples of the city date from 950-1050 AD. A wall with eight gates encloses the entire area and two golden palm trees flank each of them. Originally, there were over 80 temples, of which only 22 are now remarkably preserved.

The set of temples at Khajuraho celebrating Hindu religious thought in its mystifying variety of scope and inclusion stands distinguished from the rest of the Hindu temples. The temples highlight the existential ethos in religion that venerates ‘Yoga’ and ‘Bhoga’. ‘Yoga’ is union of the self with the Almighty, while ‘Bhoga’ is the path to God through physical pleasure. The temples at Khajuraho, dedicated to physical love and pleasure are a testimony to this philosophy. Declared a World Heritage Site in 1986, Khajuraho is a prominent, must-see destination and its temples are India’s unique gift to the world as they capture life in every form and mood in stone. Evening Sound and Light show at Khajuraho. Overnight at the hotel in Khajuraho.

Start your day with a visit to the Eastern and Southern group of temples in Khajuraho, right after breakfast. Among them, the Parasvanath temple in the Eastern group stands out as the largest Jain temple. The temple’s intricate carvings beautifully depict everyday life activities.

Don’t miss the opportunity to explore the Kandariya Mahadev temple, a stunning shrine dedicated to Lord Shiva, and the Chaturbhuj temple in the Southern group.

In the afternoon, it’s time to head to the airport for your flight to Varanasi. Upon your arrival at Varanasi airport, you’ll receive a warm welcome and be transferred to your hotel.

Varanasi, also known as Kashi and Benaras, is one of India’s most significant pilgrimage destinations and holds a special place in the hearts of Hindus. With a history spanning over 2000 years, it’s one of the world’s oldest continuously inhabited cities, renowned for its rich culture and learning.

In the evening, take a memorable stroll along the Ghats, the iconic riverbanks of the Ganga River. This experience offers a glimpse into the cultural and spiritual life of the city. Witness the enchanting rituals performed as the sun sets, and people immerse themselves in the sacred river. Boats pass by, some carrying goods, fruits, and passengers partaking in various ceremonies.

On the Ghats, you’ll observe individuals deep in prayer and hymn-chanting, while others are engaged in various activities, from commerce to services like hair-cutting, massage, and ear-cleaning. A visit to the Manikarnika Ghat, where cremations take place with great reverence and ritual, is a poignant experience. Hindus believe that departing from Varanasi is a gateway to heaven and a better state of reincarnation for the departed soul.

Conclude your day with an overnight stay in Varanasi, where spirituality and tradition run deep.

Early morning: Take a boat ride at dawn down India’s most sacred river, The Ganges. Sunrise at the holy river is a truly tranquil and breathtaking sight with pilgrims standing waist-deep in water, praying to the rising Sun. See the famous Vishwanath temple with its spires covered with gold, dedicated to Shiva, the presiding deity of the city. Return to the hotel for Breakfast.

Also visit Sarnath a city located 13 kilometres north-east of Varanasi near the confluence of the Ganges and the Gomati rivers in Uttar Pradesh, India. The deer park in Sarnath is where Gautama Buddha first taught the Dharma, and where the Buddhist Sangha came into existence through the enlightenment of Kondanna. Singhpur, a village approximately one km away from the site, was the birthplace of Shreyansanath, the eleventh Tirthankara of Jainism, and a temple dedicated to him. Overnight in Varanasi.

Morning at your leisure to unwind and pack. Later transfer to the airport to board a flight to New Delhi at 1015 hrs. Arrive in New Delhi at 1150 hrs. Met at airport and transfer hotel near the airport for fresh and change and transfer to International airport to board a flight back home or onward destination.
